I just started getting this issue as well, both using the Plex Web app, and directly connecting to the server over port 32400.
Seems like a thick client, like the iOS app, works fine.

Any off yee previously users in any way of plex cloud? Working theory here at the mo are that my affecting accounts are ones which were sharing cloud libraries…
