Server fails to start after last official PMS update

Plex Media Server

Server app shows as running but Plex apps (incl. local) can not connect to PMS.
Tried restarting twice but issue persists.

Server Version#: 1.26.0.5715 (smb)
Player Version#: 9.0.6.31998

Started after 30 mins or so.
