Sever Version # 6.9.2
Player Version#:
I just upgraded to 6.9.2 from 6.5. It was stable on 6.5 since I installed it. Since the new install it freezes nightly. I’m not much of a computer guy and I was hoping somone could look at the sys log before I dive into hardware issues.
My System is:
Motherboard - ROG STRIX B350-F Gaming
Processor - AMD Ryzen 5 2400 with Raedon Vega Graphics @ 3600 MHz
Memory - 8 Gig DDR4
Parity is WD Black 8 TB
Disk 1 WD Black 4 TB
Disk 2 WD Black 2 TB
Disk 3 WD Black 2 TB
Any help is greatly appreciated

Please verify Plex Media Server version.
6.9.2 looks like the version number from a Plex client.
PMS will have a version number like 1.24.x, 1.25.x, etc.
See Settings → Server_Name → General

You need to supply Plex Media Server logs that capture the freeze.
Make sure your server is configured for DEBUG, not verbose logs.
Settings → Server_Name → General → Show Advanced
After the next freeze, restart Plex Media Server
Wait 2 - 3 minutes for Plex to start and the logs to capture the startup sequence.
Pull the server logs (Settings → Troubleshooting)
Attach the entire ZIP file to the thread. Use the Upload button or just drag the zip file into the message window. It will attach at the cursor location.
