Second post (sorry, this was discovered on the back of the first),
I added a few TV episodes this morning, and an hour or so later they appeared in my player. The problem? My library is set to NOT scan automatically. It is set to scan periodically with the interval set to daily, and scheduled tasks set to run at 5AM. Those shows shouldn’t have appeared until tomorrow.
More worryingly, when I was checking the logs for the previous issue, I found there was a whole lot of activity going on surrounding metadata. I don’t know what it all means, but I’m pretty sure it shouldn’t have been happening (and actually made my CPU spike with the fan going nuts).
Any suggestions or ideas what may be going on?
