Server is not starting up any more with version 1.29

I installed the new server verstion 1.29 (and also 1.29.1) that was showed in the service section of the server. From this moment on the server is not starting up any more. Error message:

Response code=“503” title=“Maintenance” status=“PMS is currently running startup maintenance tasks.”

What can I do?

PMS is busy migrating the database to the newer version

Can take up to an hour, depending on what version it was upgraded from
