Server is running but not accessible outside the network

not only does it say it “is” available is actually not, and it does not show me the ip addresses.

1)i can log in via account on web and see my server but no chances are accepted it just process the request for ever and it never stops.
2) if i access via localhost:32400/web it cannot find it.
3) i can access my server via telnet and see that the service is running and plex is up.
4) I can watch from plex.tv but not outside my network

very odd and not sure where to check. any help is greatly appreciated.

Would you please do the following:

  1. Stop Plex
  2. Let it sit 30 seconds for everything to exit
  3. Start Plex
  4. Give it another 30 seconds to get started and stable.
  5. – this will give it time to talk to plex.tv and establish remote access –
  6. Confirm it shows as Remote Access Green
  7. Settings - Server - Troubleshooting - Download Logs
  8. Attach the ZIP file it gives you.

For future reference, what you shared was the Web browser version (Plex/Web). The server version is listed under Settings - Server - General
