The current status on my server.
No responses ? Can someone help me out here please?
how did you check?
from your mobile (outside your home WIFI), some other WIFI (e.g. at friends or family)?
I’ve experienced that some guest WIFI settings won’t allow you to access certain ports (such as 32400) when on a vacation. Where I’ve got full internet access (e.g. at my parents or sister’s places) it works like a charm – same when going via my mobile.
I’m no expert in this area but it may help if you can provide a little more information. When you say your Plex server is not available outside your network what exactly is happening? Which client are you using? Web access? Apple TV client? Samsung TV client? etc. etc.

I checked it with my mobile and also from work. Both outside my network.
Am using the web app and the plex app for android to view my server but not accessible.
check out this guide…

you might need your routers manual to see how to make the Plex port available from the outside.

The port has been forwarded on the router. The thing is that it was working just fine a few weeks back. Now its not accessible at all.
Can someone please help me out here!
I have had a problem similar to you a year or so back. I ended up having to change my port from 32400 to another port (I used 32401). It seems that my router/plex server somehow got confused. Anyways I ended up forwarding this port and everything started working again. About a month later i went back and tested 32400 and it now either port works for me.
also make sure your port is really open using a site like:
yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/
you see a result like this:

It shows my port is closed. I have tried most of the combinations and its still not open. Could that be the issue? but the port is open in my firewall and have forwarded in my router too.
So you have a firewall and router?

yes I do. Bitdefender Firewall and D-Link Router
Sorry is Bitdefender a box that you use or just software on you PC?
Can you post screen shots for your router port forwarding setup?
if it was me I would disable all firewall temporarily to test. Bitdefender I believe is a windows firewall correct? also the plex forums have quite a few post with that particular software blocking plex.
The first screenshot is my port forwarding setup on DIR-842.
The below one is my Bitdefender Firewall settings for Plex.

I have already tried that out. Its still the same. Bitdefender is a security suite with Antivirus and everything bundled together. Ive been using it way long before this issue even came up.
@nokdim thank you so much for still helping me out man!
Its a Security software and not a box.
Your port forwarding goes to 10.230.218.120 but your Plex shows 192.168.0.101?
What’s that about?
What’s your Plex IP?

I have tried it with the Plex IP which is 192.168.0.101. Since it wasnt working I was trying to check if it worked with the main IP of my router.
So your router should have 2 ips
192.168.0.101
If the other IP is 10.230.218.120 you are in a double Nat situation and need to call your ISP and ask for a public IP.

Okay. I did that and they said my public IP is 49.206.122.6. Now am going to try to port forward this IP.
