Hello friends. A long time very frustrating issue has gotten worse. I’m used to needing to (or thinking I need to) reboot the Plex server every few weeks because the dreaded yellow triangles of server unavailable pop-up. After server restart, the issue is always resolved. I originally thought this was because I was running Plex on a raspberry pi so I moved to a dedicated Mac mini.
Now, however, remote users are disconnected and no matter what we try cannot reconnect. It forces them to go to plex.TV to do the whole four digit code thing, but no luck. The funny thing is in the residence there are four Apple TVs on the local network. One of them never stops working and is connected to the server all the time proving to me of course the Plex server actually is not off-line.
I apologize in advance if this is something that’s been answered 1000 times and you are all rolling your eyes right now but help a brother out
