Server Version#: 1.104.0.241-2164c90a
Player Version#:
At some point yesterday, my server became unavailable and has been ever since. I’ve been using plex for years and have never had this happen.
I’ve updated to the latest version, restarted the server PC(Win11), reset the router, signed out of all plex locations and back in, and checked the Authorized devices list. Nothing has worked.
Any ideas?

Do you see the plex icon down in the system tray?

And you are doing that from the windows computer running Plex?

Yes this is the host PC where the Plex app is running.

Now my server isn’t even visible from other devices.

I completely signed out of and uninstalled the plex app on the host PC, then reistalled and signed back in, and my server is no longer even listed here either. I checked the HD my files are on and it’s fine.

I also accidentally created a new server, and to test it out, created 1 folder with some music, and it works just fine and is visible on all devices.
I’m trying to figure out how to reclaim my old server.
127.0.0.1/web works on my laptop, but not the host PC

I can see my old server listed under Authorized Devices. I deleted the accidental second server.
Really frustrated.

That means you have plex installed on your laptop.

Can we get a copy of the server logs for the host PC?

Server logs should be in a .zip file.
You’re running a servers on two separate computers? Not the Plex app but the actual server.

I usually stay logged in on my laptop too, but the actual host PC is the only one with media.
I did create a 2nd server on the account yesterday from my laptop, but have since deleted it.

I’m about to give up and make a new server, but my “watch list” will be reset as will my date added order. I wish I knew what happened.
