We need to make sure QTS is configured to use one as the default.
That’s what PMS will use
In the Network and Virtual Switch → Interfaces
There should be only ONE adapter with a gateway address

I see it. You gave 192.168.50.152 as “Auto”.
click there and select one whichever works for you … Make it “Fixed”.
I suspect “.50.152” is your preferred address ?
If it’s easier for now, unplug the 2nd adapter.
We’ll get Plex working that way
50.152 is preferred. It won’t let me change it from “Auto”.
The 1.62 interface has been unplugged.

What do you mean by “Incognito window”? Do you mean a private browsing window?
yes private window
if you’re using windows, you’ll probably have to close the entire browser first then open the browser private window.
(browsers cache too many credentials)
I used a private window in MS Edge instead of Firefox, which is what I’ve been using for this. The result was the same. This just isn’t working.
If the hour weren’t late, i’d help you get a teamviewer session and I’ll make it work.
You do have a networking problem which can be worked around but not through this forum. it’s too slow and complex to detail how to fix here.
Yes. It is late and I’m tired. Thanks so much for your help. Maybe it would help if I shut the Plex server off and try it again from the top tomorrow.

Hi! Yes, I’m awake. I also was able to claim the server. So it’s working.
The solution was to use a browser installed on the QNAP and use localhost instead of the IP address in that URL. I reasoned that maybe it wasn’t reading the Preferences.xml file. Anyway, whatever I did worked.
