Lost plex access on smart tv after net access lost, now all working but tv can no longer access the server?
Have you tried logging out of the tv app and logging back in?
The tv app logged out when I lost the ISP, cannot log back in , no server found?
But works fine on another tv. [both samsung].
Able to use other apps on the tv itself to make sure it’s online?
I got the same issue.
My plex account is working well but i can’t access anymore to my server.
The smart TV app dob’t let me connect to my plex account.
It was working then suddenly during a show it stopped working. I logged out, now i can’t log in since 3 days.
What could i do ?
My Tv is a Samsung UE40H6400.
My Samsung Smart TV will not connect to PLEX server. Internet is up, other Apps are working. I can get to the server locally and play content. The App works in my phone.
Have reinstalled Smart Hub and the paled App a couple times, but nothing is working.
Pretty close to convinced that it’s really not worth it for the headaches it provides.
I don’t believe smart TVs apps are kept up to date as much as an Nvidia Shield, tv, Roku, Amazon Fire tv/stick, Xbox, PS4, etc. I would try to get a device that I mentioned and use that since you’re having issues.
