Server locks up around the same time every day

It seems that every day around the same time somewhere in the 2:00-3:00 UTC range - my plex server goes down and has to be rebooted for some unknown reason. This never used to happen however I did just move the server to a new one and this one is in a different time zone.

I have a capture of debug logs that I could PM someone for the given time. I think this has to be related to the scheduled tasks as I had them set to start at 2:00 UTC and end at 6:00 UTC.

Edit: I will add that when I’ve personally checked the server when its locked up, the web interface is down but the processes still appear to be running, docker hangs when trying to restart it but after a while it eventually restarts.

So I’ve adjusted the tasks to run at a different time when I suspect that fewer people would be watching and it hasn’t locked up. That leads me to believe that there are a combination of things happening during the maintenance window which cause plex to basically stall but not fully crash.
