Server missing from "Watch from these locations"

My server is not showing up under “Watch from these locations” for another user with access. What’s strange is I can see my server as an option when searching for media on my own account, or even a few other friends; this is only happening for one user that I’m aware of.

For example, if I search for “The Simpsons” and click on the result under “more ways to watch,” I see my server listed when I’m logged in as me (or my partner). If I switch to a friend’s account and go to the same page, our server is not listed.

This issue came up in the past, and the fix was to uncheck “adult content” in library settings. This is still unchecked, however doesn’t seem to solve the issue anymore.

We have tried re-scanning metadata, logging out of all devices, and restarting the server… nothing is working. Yes, the libraries are using the latest scanners.

Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a known solution?

Anyone? Bueller?

I don’t use this feature but this is where I would look to get started. Make sure you have these selections configured the way you both want

Yes, it’s all set up — I can see our local server under “Watch from these locations” on my account, and also my partner’s… it’s just this one other account in our Home who can’t see it. They are all regular Plex accounts (not managed users).
