Server missing on Synology DS1513+

First of all, I am not deeply versed on all the technical jargon so please don’t overwhelm me. I can find my way around configurations fairly well but the more acronyms thrown in the more I get lost.

I had my PMS running on a Synology Diskstation DS1513+ and linked to my RokuTV for viewing. I am a plex pass member. In addition to my own library of videos, I was able to share with one friend and view their library as well. Something, somewhere along the way, all of a sudden my PMS became unauthorized and I was unable to see any of my videos. I could still see my friend’s.

Unable to figure out what went wrong (updated the PMS on the synology, started/stopped the service, logged out/back in on the RokuTV) I still can’t see the server or re-add it. I logged into the Synology and tried to open the app from there, and it brings me to Plex Web where I’m able to see my account, but the server still isn’t showing up.

I deleted the account, and signed up a different user name/email trying to start from scratch. No joy. Still can’t find my PMS anywhere. And now that I deleted the old account I can’t see the friend’s videos either.

This. Sucks. I wish there was a customer support phone line where normal people (read: not IT professionals) can get some help. I know y’all are geniuses at this stuff so hopefully someone can throw me a bone.
