Server not connecting

a few days ago I wasn’t able to log onto my Plex on my computer. I have a library of over 1300 movies so I am worried. No updates were installed that I can recall. It isn’t just on my computer that I am unable to access it but also on our TV. I get the message on my PC

" Theater is currently unavailable

Verify you have a network connection and that the server is online, or see our troubleshooting tips for further assistance. RETRY CONNECTION."

I am not able to figure it out as everything else works (internet=DSL) and as far as I know I am still able to download my movies to my NAS. I am not a complete newbie but this process is new to me so any help would be greatly appreciated!

There was an authorization outage with Plex TV that has been fixed.
Some have reported including me about server not regaining access.
I had to reboot all my servers and connect to each one directly to regain access.

thanks. I don’t want to sound like a complete moron but when you say reboot all my servers do you mean sign out of Plex then power off/on my NAS that is in my media tower?

Your post indicates that your PMS is running on windows.

If it is do a reboot of that windows machine.
