Just set up my Plex server on my DS920+, oddly it has stopped generating posters for newly added content like movies. Just a couple of days ago it was working fine but it suddenly stopped. It also stopped recognizing new content in the shared folder I created for my media, but I seemed to have fixed that with a permissions tweak. The posters still fail to pop up however,

That’s how my movies have been named for the last few years of running my server and I’ve never had any issues with downloading metadata. I am able to manually select from a list of movie posters (all correct matches) but it is not assigned automatically.

Still having the same issues with posters not being assigned. All metadata is being downloaded, just missing posters. I have to click the pencil icon and manually choose one myself.
This post fixed my issue. I recently migrated from Windows to Synology.
