Movie Posters and Meta Data stopped working

My Plex server has been working flawlessly gathering metadata and posters, but starting last week any movie I add will not populate the metadata and movie poster. I cannot even manually add a movie poster which I thought was odd. I have made sure that I disabled the Local Media Assets agent and that hasn’t helped.

I organize all of my movies similar to how they recommend below. Any help is much appreciated!

   /Avatar (2009)
      Avatar (2009).mkv
   /Batman Begins (2005)
      Batman Begins (2005).mp4

Thank you for your replay! I can upload my own poster now, but the metadata still will not refresh. Any other ideas?

Another Odd thing I found is when I do a manual search and select the movie database, it never finds a match.

I had to reload the plex server and everything is working now. Thank you for your help!
