Server not found etc..

Hi everyone,

I could really use some advise, I have been a plexpass member for 2 years now and have had this issue most if not all the time and i really want to try and get to the bottom of it.

When i want to watch a program on my android phone it says my conection is not strong enough but i have fibre broadband and im streaming it on the same network (my server is hard wired in)

my other issue is when my family watch films on plex (xbox 360) sometimes it says server cannot be reached, we come straight out of it and load back up and alls well but its just annoying and not sure what to do,

I love plex on the whole and have a fairly large libary (1,500 films)

im not sure how to find or attach logs, i have tried looking for how to but cannot find it.

Sorry for late reply. You can check where to find the logs here - https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/200250417-Plex-Media-Server-Log-Files - just zip and attach the whole log-folder after a failed attempt (best if you can shutdown the server and recreate the issue directly after startup - https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/201643703 ).

Will waiting for that, can you describe your network setup a tad bit more? Router, wireless or not etc. Does the android client work internally, on WIFI? Is the Xbox360 internal or external?
