For 1 month the PLEX application for Android and Android TV see my server as “offline” (unable to access files) but when I watch from PLEX for Windows or PLEX.TV it is online and I can access my files.
Anyone have a solution?
Same here for me browser works android apps don’t. Roku still works great too. Anybody else?
Would you be able to fetch the logs from the client and we can take a look.

I have the same issue with my s20 galaxy and nvidia shield.
The server is online with the browser, but offline with the app.!!!

have you restarted your server recently? Can you restart it now. then see what secure connections it set to in the servers network settings. then grab server logs if still not working

None of our four Fire-TVs 4K Ultra can open remote connections to our server from different remote locations with different providers. This started out of sudden with one of the latest 1-2 updates of the Plex AFTV app. Using the Plex Web-App works at this remote locations.
This worked for years.
Please guys.
And yes, the server (the Plex container) is restarted every night at 04:00.

Is there a link that describes how to do that for Fire-TV/Plex. I do have no idea …
