server not found since 12/2017

hi guys,

since December 2017 i got 80% “No Server available”.
Reboot Mac, ATV3, PMS no changes. So i disabled SSL at PMS, set IP at ATV fix, disabled IPv6, set fix IPs at “…LANs no need Auth…”

So i Reboot and Reboot and at some Time PMS plays. My Setup didn’t change.
I wanted to install an older Version, but didn’t find some. At Library/Application Support/Plex/Updates there are Files,
but can handle those.

Plex use since 12/2017 not really possible.

did you look under the pillow? maybe the tooth fairy borrowed it.

FYI reboot doesn’t do much, just restarts stopped service if they have no errors.

try logging o to the server and looking at the logs or event viewer

go check your LOGS , LOGS LOGS LOGS

Please tell me how to find those Logs from interest, should i post them here then?

Follow the information posted above and post logs. You aren’t providing a lot of details, which may or may not be a language issue…but don’t worry about that now. Get the logs. You can use the link provided above. Inside that link is another…Reporting Issues with Plex Media Server.
https://support.plex.tv/articles/201643703-reporting-issues-with-plex-media-server/

That explains the basic troubleshooting that is expected to be done first, how to verify that the correct form of logging is enabled, how to collect those logs after the issue re-occurs, and all the other pertinent information you’ll need to include in your post, along with the logs.

If you don’t have all that information as requested, it’s not terribly likely that anyone can help you, so you won’t get as many helpful answers.
