Server Unavailable Problems

I have free Plex on my server. Every time I turn off my PC & turn it back on & try to run Plex. I get msg Server Unavailable.
Only way to solve this is to uninstall & reinstall the Plex software? Any solutions for this problem?

Are you sure you have Plex set to start on boot up?

Start Plex and make sure it is running by typing http://Your-PC-IP-Address:32400/web into your browser. Then, right click on the Plex icon in the system tray (lower right of screen) and make sure that you have Start Plex Media Server at Login enabled.

If that does not address your problem, then stop Plex from running and open C:\Users\YOUR USER NAME\AppData\Local\Plex Media Server\Logs and copy ALL of the log files and folders to a .zip archive and attach that archive to your next post, thanks.

I tried your first suggestion http://Your-PC-IP-Address:32400/web & it does not find anything. I did zip the log files but can’t seem to attach the file to this message. I click on attack file icon & nothing happens…

When you say it doesn’t find anything, do you mean that it does not find a server, or do you mean that there is nothing on the screen?

Could you provide a screenshot of what you see when you type http://Your-PC-IP-Address:32400/web into your browser please.

According to your logs, Plex appears to be running correctly.

Ok when I type in
I get:
Server Not Found
Firefox can’t find the server at your-pc-ip-address.
Check the address for typing errors such as ww.example.com instead of www.example.com
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer’s network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

But here is the good news I figured out the problem. For some reason Plex was disabled in the startup. I enabled it & now when I shut down or restart computer Plex can be run normally without having to uninstall & reinstalling the software.
