Server not found

@Moussa They should be. I have a router in bridge mode connected to my Gateway. Both my server and the Xbox are connected to the Router. As I said, I have never had an issue until I updated my server to the latest update. How do I check if they are on the same subnet?

My server is running on wifi, and the Xbox is hard-lined. All other devices connect to the server no problems.

@obiwansean Basically the Xbox One cannot ‘search for’ other devices on the same network. So what we have to do is ask plex.tv for the server IP address (internal and external), and try to connect to them. Now it’s possible for the server to report it has an internal IP address of 192.168.1.10 (for example) but be on a different subnet, and so when the Xbox One tries to connect to 192.168.1.10 on its local network, it finds no device and you get an error.

I don’t have an insight into your network topology, and why a server update should affect connectivity (perhaps the assigned IP address changed inbetween?). If you want to see what’s happening then turn on logging in the Xbox One app, kill the app, start it again, and then post server logs.

I’m experiencing the exact same problem, also plex.tv/web doesn’t work, however it works on iOS on my same network.

ps: resources show the server, with both IPs correct, and the iOS, but not the Xbox
