Server not identifying any local content

I have been using Plex for years without issue but a week or so ago all of my personal movie collections cannot be seen on my media server. It only shows the online content. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no avail. I have purchased the premium plex pass thinking maybe streaming local content is now a pass feature but still nothing. There is no setting or place that i can find where i can add my own directories. Please help.

Is the Plex icon still visible in your task tray?
(and it doesn’t vanish when you move your mouse pointer over it)

No, it doesnt disappear. I can double click on it and it opens the above picture in chrome.
