Server not listed in Web panel

I am pulling my hair out. I have a lifetime subscription to Plex Pass. I have the most recent version of the Plex Server running on an M1 Mac mini running Monterey. It has 16GB of RAM. I have poured over all the support docs. Here is the problem:

Despite completely uninstalling, restarting, and re-installing, the Plex Media Server does not show up in the web interface. It does not show up under Settings->General. I have verified with Activity Monitor the server is running.

Any help would be appreciated.
