Server Not Available

Server Version#: 1.20.0.3181
Player Version#: Web 4.34.4 (and any app, I’m just troubleshooting through the web)

My Mac mini used to host my Server had a failed drive so I had to reinstall the OS and did not have any back ups so everything is a fresh install. I downloaded PMS and signed in to my account, added the locations for my media (a network location un-impacted by the drive failure) and was presented with a Server Unavailable error that hasn’t gone away.

The Mac mini can see and connect to the network drive fine and I can play media through QuickTime Player. However, Plex Web insists the server cannot be found but if PMS wasn’t running I wouldn’t be able to see the Plex UI and I can verify it’s running via the Menu bar icon. I know I signed into my account. because my Home users automatically showed up.

When I added the media locations I saw that PMS was scanning TV shows for intros so I know PMS found and could access the media but it seems like the Player isn’t connecting to the server? Despite this, I can see server stats under the dashboard, such as RAM, CPU, and bandwidth so it’s connecting to the server at the same time?

Now on Plex Server 1.20.1.3252 with the same error.
I can also initiate a “Library Update” from the Menu Bar on the system OS and can see the Activity Icon on Plex Web working/circling. Any help would be appreciated.
