Yesterday (12th july 2023) , watched half a movie on a remote server without trouble. When I opened the Plex windows app today, got an update. Now when I try to continue watching that same movie, I get the “server not powerful enough to convert” error. I checked my quality settings, they’re on max. So I don’t understand why it is trying to convert?
See if the video is availbale in several quality versions.
Use the “Play Version…” command to select a different one.
Only one version, as far as I can tell
Please post the first ~20 lines from the Plex XML info of the affected video.
If the server is not yours, its owner may need to get active.
It suddenly works again. Don’t know why.
