Does not recognize folders in TV Shows

I added a new TV shows but plex don`t recognize and old folders dissapared. If I added the same folder in Movies the files are working fine!!

I dont undestand…

The server is in synology with DSM 7 (in DSM 6 fail too)

If the files show in a movie library but not in your tv-show library that implies your file naming/organization is a bit off.

I don’t think that’s that since files that appeared before have disappeared and the new files are new seasons, that is, for example, season 1 if it appears in series and season 2 does not appear

Mind sharing an example of your file structure / naming?
Also… what exact scanner/agent are you using for this library (see ⋮ > Manage Library > Edit... → Advanced)?

Could be you got lucky in the past and some change is now causing this trouble.

For example: “La casa de papel” → Temporada 1 → File1, File2,…
—> Temporada 2 → File1, File2,…

It appears you indeed got lucky in the past.
Try to name your files in accordance with the schema required by Plex.

TV Shows   <- the folder linked to your tv-show library
  La casa de papel
    Season 01    <- use the English name for "tempoada"
      La casa de papel - s01e01.ext
      La casa de papel - s01e02 - Imprudencias letales.ext   <- episode name is optional
      ...
      La casa de papel - s01e15.ext

    Season 02
      La casa de papel - s02e01.ext
      ...

Where .ext is a placeholder for your file extension.

Side note: at some point you might want to consider upgrading your library to the new Plex Series scanner/agent.
