So, I’ve currently got a 32tb server with 8 hard drives, and occasionally I’ll have to swap one out, or one will die, etc. This last week one of my SATA ports died, and I didn’t notice until a day or two after it happened. When I plugged the drive back into another port (made sure the same drive letter was assigned), plex readded all of the media on that drive as if it was brand new. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Is there any way to stop Plex from removing the files from the library if I happen to disconnect a hard drive?
