Server reports "Not authorized: You do not have access to this server" after password reset

I think I’m ok. I was able to remotely claim the server by doing this……both servers are up and running correctly.

Can't find my server after password reset

This is what i ended up using on a macbook pro in terminal. ssh -l admin -L 8888:127.0.0.1:32400 ip.addr.of.syno Once i was in and supplied the admin password, i used the browser to 127.0.0.1:32400/web and was greeted with claim this server and followed the prompts to login. It all works again! Thanks. This was on my syno 920. Now going to try my other nas, a syno 918. Edit: 918 also successful.
