Server Settings - No soup for you! You do not have access to this server

Server Version#: 1.15.4.992
When I try to access the setting on my Plex Server it returns the error: “No soup for you!
You do not have access to this server”.

I am using my master/admin account. The top of the screen says there is an update. If I click on “Install now” it gives the same error.

How do I fix this?
