WD My Cloud PR4100 "No Soup"

Server Version#: 1.20.4.3517

Not able to access my Plex server and nothing had been changed prior. I’ve followed the advice the best I could but with no joy. Something new did occur, now it tells me:
“No soup for you!
You do not have access to this server”
I’m not savvy when it comes to servers and the advice is either dated or difficult to follow.
