I lost the ability some time ago to do the update through the gui so the last few udpdates I’ve just downloaded and ran as admin. This one followed that route but after I restarted the server I noticed that playback was slow and, at times, said content was unavailable.
I found that if I went to settings I would get, and still get, Server settings unavailable. I followed a few troubleshooting steps, I found, one of which was this one Why am I locked out of Server Settings and how do I get in?. However, that’s now made it so that I still can’t get into settings and now my server isn’t claimed. Not sure where to go from here.

I’ve attached my Plex Media Server logs. It appears to be somethings up with the DB?
Update - I followed this with no luck - Repair a Corrupt Database
Update 2 - Uninstalled and reverted back. Moved new DBs to another directory and copied/renamed backup DBs. Can now get into settings but all media reports as unavailable
