Hi!
I have installed the latest plex media server. All is working fine maybe 2-3 hours. After these 2-3 hours server settings are unavailable. Tried other versions, no effect. Tried new windows installing, working 2-3 hours again then unavailble.
Im out of ideas.
I tried on windows 10, windows 11, windows server 2019, windows server 2022.
The machine is a dell poweredge R320 Server with 16Gb RAM.

Even performing login in h**p://127.0.0.1:32400/web …didn’t solve
I received the same msg “server settings are unavailable” after I checked off boxes to PLEX to Bypass my SurfShark VPN 3.1.1 on the settings in the VPN. This only happened when I checked it for the Plex for windows program and didn’t happen when I did it for Plex Server. When I unchecked it everything worked great again. Not sure what happens when I do that but it solved my problem. Hope this info helps someone. When I searched this error/problem there was not much info and people kept saying to upgrade or do registry edits.
