Server shows "Offline" all the time on Android app

Hey all,

I’ve been driving myself absolutely nuts the last few days trying to figure this out. When I’m on the Android app, it always shows my computer as being ‘offline’. And when I press the 'stream button in it, (the app) it says ‘no players found.’ But I have Plex Server running. I’ve restarted both the PC & phone multiple times, reinstalled, and followed all the steps in the troubleshooting pages.

Any ideas what I might be doing wrong?

That is version number of the desktop app not the server

If you look in the More menu in sidebar do you see the server multiple times?

Is it listed multiple times at https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/devices/pms ?
