Server Version#: Can’t open it so have no clue

A couple of things to note: I recently cloned my drives, so this happened after the clone; however, every other program works just fine.
The other thing is that I can’t even log into the Plex web site; I get a blank screen using Chrome after I click “sign in.” I had to log in using Firefox. I disabled my adblocker on Chrome, but that didn’t seem to help.
Very weird. Any ideas? TIA
