Plex PC works... Roku doesn't

Suddenly my Roku can’t find my Plex server, I’m logged into everything and Plex works fine on my PC (Win 10) but Roku keeps telling me it can’t find my computer. I’ve searched to no avail for a solution… everything was working fine until I after I updated Plex to v 3.53.7. Screenshots are here:

The screenshots you uploaded are not of your Roku not connecting. The 1st pic looks like PlexWeb from a computer. This will need to be address before looking into the Roku issue.
