Every time I restart Plex I’m getting Unclaimed despite many attempts to claim it it reverts next restart. Help required from Support please?
Could someone from the Plex team please reset my certificate/rate limit? I’ve seen this resolved by staff in similar threads.
I reset it an you may have to reset, but I don’t think the cert will affect claiming.

Thanks but its not done anything. I’ve stopped and started a couple of times but each time have to reclaim. Where do I go from here?

Thanks

Hi again. I thought this issue was resolved but it clearly is not. Whilst the server is now claimed and remains so at every startup I am unable to use any Docker on Unraid that asks for the server certificate Plex API
When I try and setup a Docker that connects to Plex
I get the following when using the server token
2026-03-28 15:09:34.395 | ERROR | src.main:main:320 - (401) unauthorized; https://plex.tv/api/v2/users/signin
2026-03-28 15:09:34.407 | ERROR | src.main:main:322 - Traceback (most recent call last):
Please suggest how this can be resolved this?
EDIT I just also noticed that when my other server is running Plex I can’t see the HP1 server and vise versa. So I have Two Plex servers that dont see each other now!
EDIT. SOLVED BY TOTAL REINSTALL
