Server unclaimed randomly and cannot reclaim

Server Version#: PlexMediaServer-1.41.3.9314-a0bfb8370-x86_64_DSM72
Player Version#: DSM 7.2.2-72806 - Synology DS920+

Plex was working fine yesterday, but today my account was not accessing my server. I could access other servers, and access my NAS just fine. I tried restarting my NAS, and uninstalling and reinstalling the media server. I can access all media files on my NAS. The only thing I can think of is if my server got unclaimed somehow. Upon reinstalling, I only get errors and ‘unable to claim’. I made no changes to plex or the NAS between it working, and it vanishing.

Checked Plex.tv, your server’s certificate is valid

HOWEVER, PMS is reporting another certificate involved.

Did you add a certificate to the Synology and forget to tell PMS?

Alternative – Is the date & time synchronized ?

Sorry for the delay.
I do not think I’ve added a certificate recently, but I guess it is possible.
I looked around and saw that NTP sync was disabled on my NAS, so I enabled it. However, I saw no change in the install or claim process.
Is there more to that process that I’m missing? I would appreciate more detailed instructions so I can check.

Hey Chuck, this is what I get when I try to do that.
Thanks,
Ryan

That means your Syno can’t connect out to Plex.tv
(can the syno talk to Package Center for new packages OK?)

How good are you with the command line?

If you’re comfortable enough to SSH into the syno ,
then sudo bash (get privileges)
and can run this script (this script is built into the Syno package)
then we’ll get more info about what’s happening.

I know a little, but I think this is beyond me. Is there some other approach, or maybe schedule a way to remote in from your end, or some other alternative?
I don’t feel confident enough to attempt what I think this process involves.
