Server update needed but already running latest version?

Server Version#: 1.21.1.3876
Player Version#: 8.11.0.22186

I am trying to access my media server from my android phone and it is saying that I need to update the server but it is already running the latest version. I have tried logging in and out again and also reinstalling media server on my PC.

Can you grab the Android logs after reproducing that error message? Android, Android TV, Fire TV Logs | Plex Support

I have the same problem on all my devices since a week.
Server 1.21.3.4046
Android 8.13.1.23036

How can i get android log?

Ok i found it. Yet i don’t think it’s related to android app. I can’t access the server from any app i have. either Windows, android or roku. Even can’t play a movie on the server itself. I can browse the library from server only. I reinstalled the android app and now it just says server is offline.
