Might it not be an idea to add an additional option to the Server Update Channel in Settings → General? IF there was an option for Arcade added to the current option of Public or Beta then you would be able to package up and roll out Arcade updates and fixes without having to wait for a Beta update to be packaged which contains the arcade fixes.
