Server version not updating

when i check for updates none are found despite 1.15.1.710-ece95b3a1 being available any idea why i am not getting the update?

In the settings area choose advanced, then scroll to the bottom and select Plex Pass channel, click Save. Then click on check for update.

i am logged in to the server version but only have the option of public or beta as my server update channel.
