Why is Plex Server saying it's update to date but it's not

for some reason why is Plex Server saying updated but in fact there is a new version out? this is annoying as hell I’m a Plex pass user but for someone reason the server is saying Up To Date

please tell me what is happening

Is your server signed into your Plex.tv account?

Did you set it for the correct Update Channel ?

Do you have your server settings - General - Show advanced - update channel set to Plex Pass?

Update Channel

For users with a Plex Pass subscription, you can choose whether or not you look for “Public” (stable) or “Plex Pass” updates whenever the server does a check.

Tip!: The Plex Pass channel may have preview releases available. These can have new functionality or fixes and be available early, but are also more prone to have unanticipated issues

Yes
I will give that a try again but for some reason it was saying Plex Pass I just unticked it and put it back to public then back will give it a try I think it was not selected
