I keep getting this error:

This page isn’t working

HTTP ERROR 502

And this is the WD - My Book 4TB External USB 3.0 Hard Drive

this device was working fine a month or so ago.

Please help.

Please verify the WD device.

WD - My Book 4TB External USB 3.0 Hard Drive is an external hard drive, not a NAS or anything that would run Plex Media Server.

Is a NAS - I have 2 of them. One works great and the second one is not showing up as a server with the message above.
