Why am I no longer able to watch live shows on my server? Anything that is currently airing only has the option to record. But I am still able to watch live broadcasts on my IOS device. I noticed this last night and updated to the latest server version but the problem still exists.
Web interface has never had Live TV.
I’m almost 100% sure that when I setup my WinTV tuner on my server a couple of weeks ago, is was able to watch live TV throught the PROGRAM GUIDE category on my server. Did I totally dream that?
Must have Live TV is only available on Android TV and iOS devices currently.

Unfortunately you are incorrect. As noted above, only Android TV and iOS devices have access to live TV through Plex. That said, I use the HDHomerun app to watch live on my computer since Plex is still pending. Once they get that up and running, the only thing I’ll need the HDHomerun app for is HBO as Plex can’t decode DRM flagged channels.
