My probleme is that i launched the plex windows app and nothing showed up
and was completely blank
so i decided to check on my truenas webui and the server was runnning
i opened the plex webui and same as the windows app, nothing.
i tried a lot of thing relanch app, restart the truenas computer.
and i tried to go on my phone and it appears.
and on my windows if i change in my account from the “head” profile to another it work
the esrver is vanished from my main profile
I have the same issue with 1.32.6.7557. The jail is up & I can ping it, the plugin is running but I can’t connect to it.
I reverted to the previous version and everything is back to normal. I will wait for the next update and see if that works or not.
Ok me even if I roll back to older version it’s the same
The serveur is up except for my profile, it don’t exist

i can get to my webui but as always and i did the last update my profile on my account cant access to the medias and even the server itself (like the setting, the library scan etc)
OK… so you can get into the Plex web site and launch the web app but your server does not show up when the web app loads. I was experiencing the exact same issue.
I did an update on all my running jails yesterday and it updated Plex to the latest beta version and everything seems to be working fine…
Scroll down to a post from May 27 2022 by ‘revoman’. I logged into each server via SSH w/ putty. From there I sent this code " iocage upgrade -r 13.1-RELEASE plex" It upgraded the OS for the jail to 13.1-p9 and updated the Plex version to 1.32.7.7571, which I think is a beta version. Everything is up and appears to be running normally.
I am not an expert but this worked for me. Try at your own risk.

I wanted all the day to try installing a new instance even with an other account but i can’t get into the server cause it keep telling me that i haven’t the access to it, and i couln’t find the truechart app.
but i saw briefly that the truechart app reappeared and
no problems, i manage to recreate the server, just to re-assign the libraries but all is fine.
thanks you for your help and i wish someone with the same problem will see the thread and will no lose all his hair on it.
