After updating server no my NAS Synology DS418play from 1.18 to 1.19.3.2793-36efde971, the server fails to start :
“Fail to launch repair of the package”
Tried to update DSM, to restart several times, to grant privileges to Plex and folders, nothing happens…
Help please !!!
Thanks for the solution. Unfortunately, the same message appears when I try to start the server. I’ve been using Plex and its pass features for years, from a NAS for almost a decade, and it’s the first time I have that kind of problem…
Please go into the Plex share, navigate down until you see the Logs directory and create a ZIP file of the Logs directory (Compress to Logs.zip) and attach here.
The folder weighs 397MB, the zip file 45MB. So here is the link from my NAS :

How many logs are you retaining? The default Plex Media Server/Logs directory should be, when compressed, no more than about 5-10 MB as those logs have a fixed size with a default rollover limit of 5
About 916MB, 392 files, 1 subfolder…
What should that download rate be? I’m getting 21 KB/sec
Please trim that down…

This part is so marvellous
Calvi and Figari are the little airports (but almost 850k passengers last year for Figari) and then Ajaccio and Bastia. You can travel from quite any country now in summer…
