Setting up DVR, can't choose additional zip code for lineup

I deleted my current DVR to try to correct a issue. When creating a new DVR I used zip code 37201 (Nashville TN) I wanted to add an additional zip code ( I have done this in the past) I now get the following error when i enter the first digit of the additional zip code.

Try clicking in the postal code box again and continue typing the next digits; you’ll have to repeat for each one until you enter the fifth, at which point you should be able to proceed as normal. (Or, if you type them quickly enough, it should accept the input all in one go.)

It looks like there’s a timeout for entry and it may now be (very) short.

I did try both of those things, once the dialog goes RED no entry is allowed. Also the error condition occurs instantly on typing the first digit.

What client are you using? I don’t recognize the player version number you specified.

I tested both the Plex Desktop app (current, version 1.105.2.269-12a32491) and the web app (via app.plex.tv, version 4.142.2). (The web app didn’t have any problem as the focus stayed in the postal code box after each entry; it’s the desktop app where I had to re-focus to the text box.)

If you haven’t already, try the hosted web app via https://app.plex.tv.

Yep, that’s the version I tested, also on macOS. Weird.

All I had to do was click back in the entry box to bring focus there and then type.

Maybe try copy and pasting from another app?
