Add Additional USA Zipcodes to DVR/EPG

How can I add additional USA ZipCodes to the DVR/EPG setup? The original install allowed me to add multiple zip codes in my area now I would like to update that to hopefuly get missing channels that my HD Homerun finds and the HD Homerun app can play but Plex does not.

Also I should have channels 14.1 - 14.9 available in my zip code 37086. The signal is very strong, but totally not listed as available in Plex.
