setting up live tv and dvr

I installed a HD HomeRun Extend and need to set it up in PLEX.
I do not seem to have the software Settings>WEB> LIve TV and DVR does not show up on my computer and i have the plex pass

I tried that also but i do not get the screen for live tv and dvr. I am a life time subscriber and have a plex pass

Ok, post a screenshot of your Plex web page for Settings>>Server and make sure the screenshot includes the entire menu on the left of the settings (Include the “Help” section at the bottom).
