So I uploaded some content this morning and noticed that none of the movies collected their metadata. So I go to the settings to check the agents and I see this:
Not sure what happened overnight. I did have to restart the FreeNas jail I have Plex running in. Not sure if it updated or not. It looks like it’s running on version 1.23.2.4625.
Is anyone else having this issue?
I’m seeing this as well on Truenas. The Plex is running in a Jail on my build as well. I restarted my TrueNas and noticed this after the reboot. Mine is on 1.23.2.4656
In TrueNas I tried the following to recover. Click on Jails > Expand Plex Jail > Click Shell > entered “service plexmediaserver_plexpass restart”
If you don’t have the plexpass the command is “service plexmediaserver restart”
I should note I tried restarting the jail before this but it made no difference. I restarted the Jail after running the above command and it seems to still be functional.
There is an issue at the moment. Setting an additional environment variable may be required.
Yes, sorry for not responding to this thread. Volts answered this in the Reddit sub and it worked for me.
